Wheeler Peak - New Mexico Highpoint

In August 2003,  Ed Waley joined Sara and I to climb Wheeler Peak - the highpoint of New Mexico.  We spent the night at the Taos Ski lodge  and early the next morning we walked right out of the lodge and headed up the mountain by way of Williams Lake. It was 3.1  miles to the summit with elevation change of 3250 feet.  We saw marmots and chipmunks.

Sara was a little skeptical of the alien displays
