Bryce Canyon National Park

At Bryce Canyon we hiked the Navajo Loop and Queen's Garden Trail for 2.6 miles. We chose this hike because it took us down among the signature features of the park ...the hoodoos. I highly recommend this hike for those visiting Bryce. This well-maintained trail starts on the rim and winds down among the sculpted  sandstone and ends back up on the rim. At the end of the trail, we met a true inspiration to us all... A 90 Year old man who had just completed the same trail. He was celebrating his birthday while escorted by his daughter.   If the hiking age  doesn’t impress you, maybe the fact that he had just ascended 600 feet from the canyon floor will.

Down Down Down we go!
