When the boy cousins got together this afternoon, they formed an imprompt rock band. They named their band Red Rum. They explained that this was murder spelled backward. Luca and Ryan were splitting time on vocals, Ryan and Jake were splitting time on drums and Gabriel was on guitar. They played their three greatest hits for us. One song was about dirt bags, another about summer never ending and the third one was something I knew ... "For Whom the Bell Tolls".
It was touching to see how much they enjoyed making music together. Someday, when they take their music on the road, girls will be storming the stage just to get close to all the magic.
