Grands are extracting honey this morning! Grace and Haley have advanced to do this job without me. This was Cora's first time and she is not quite ready to be out from under Poppy's tutelage, but she did great for her first time. It was really hot with the garage door down but necessary to keep area honeybees from coming in to rob the honey.
A couple of days later, grand kids helped bottle and label honey. Our customers have been patiently waiting for the first harvest of 2023 to be ready and here it is.
