Lake Tahoe Boat Ride to Emerald Bay

It was a cold and windy day but we made the most of it with a boat ride that had an inside cabin.

Osprey nest near entrance to Emerald Bay - The boat captain said it was an eagle nest and there was a bald eagle flying overhead but in the photo it looks like it is an osprey in the nest. What do you birders think?
