Cretaceous Fossils for Kids

Since there is no school for awhile because of Covid-19 virus, Sara thought maybe I could do some mini-science classes for the kids. I loved the idea.  Because of the shelter-in-place restrictions, I was pretty much at home all day and jumped on this chance.

For the first lesson, I choose Fossils. Specifically, the fossils of the Cretaceous period. I connected with each household by facetime.  Sally was camera person and director.

At the end of the presentation, I assigned homework - each student was to draw a  representation of the bottom of the ocean during the Cretaceous Period.
