Haley and YMCA basketball

Saturday was the YMCA basketball tournament and Haley's team won the championship. These are fifth graders and they are just starting to figure out the game. Haley was lucky to have excellent  coaches that drilled them hard on fundamentals and teamwork.  These girls are a gritty bunch and they kept working hard even after being smashed to the floor on multiple occasions.  Haley showed her toughness and grit by playing through a sore ankle from one of those collisions.  Granddaughter Haley is far right on back row.
